*Collaboration with Shaun Hill of Hill Farmstead using his gypsy label, Grassroots. Dark chocolate and coffee notes on the palate with some (not too much) dark roast and an assertive, piney bitterness. Ends dry, crisp with a lingering hop bite, 7.5% ABV*
