*Their very limited, dry-hopped Saison with Brettanomyces. The Brett character is funky and fruity, nice tropical/citrusy hop flavor, some nectar-like Belgian bready notes hover around, ends semi-dry, funky with a lingering hoppiness that's clean. Very well balanced and an absolute pleasure to consume, 6.8% ABV*
Monkish Feminist 750ML
*Belgian-style Tripel made with hibiscus. The hibiscus is pitched during the brewing process, not after, so the color and flavor aren't overpowered by the fragrant flower. Sweet Belgian candi sugar, semi-sweet toffee malt, strawberries, hibiscus-floralness, finish is on the sweeter side with a cotton candy-like fruitiness, 9.4% ABV*
Monkish Shaolin Fist 750ML
*Belgian-style Dubbel spiced with sichuan peppercorns. The Sichuan peppercorns are dominant in the aroma and flavor and give the beer a lavender-like character. The base beer is mild yet malty with fruity flavors of dates and caramel. Not much of the bubblegum character that's typically found in American Dubbels. A lighter, more aromatic rendition of a classic Belgian style, 7% ABV*

*Belgian-style Single brewed with elderflowers. Light colored and bodied, the elderflowers add a pineapple and floral character and some bitterness. Clean, dry, spritzy finish, 5.4% ABV*
