New goodies...

Just arrived:

Central Waters Brewing Company/Local Option Bourbon Barrel Aged La Petite Mort 22oz
*Belgian inspired Weissenbock with the added complexity of Belgian ale yeast. Dark amber in color, rich, full-bodied, caramel, dark fruit and vanilla and oak notes from the aging in Bourbon barrels, 9% ABV*

Against The Grain Brewery Mac Fannybaw 22oz
*Barrel aged Rauchbier that's an attempt to replicate the flavors present in Islay Scotch Whiskey. Munich malt is used as a base and copious amounts of Beechwood and Peat smoked malt are added, which provides the intense smoky and earthy peat flavors found in Scotch. Then the addition of Alderwood smoked salt lends a crisp brininess that is reminiscent of the sea air in the Islay region of Scotland. Aged in used Angel's Envy Bourbon Barrels to give an intense caramel, vanilla and whiskey flavor, 8.5% ABV*

Boulevard Brewing Company Saison-Brett 750ML
*Their Tank 7 Saison but assertively dry-hopped then bottle conditioned with various yeasts, including Brettanomyces. Beautifully balanced between the Brett and hop flavors, spritzy, clean, peppery and dry in the finish...my personal favorite Brett beer, 8.5% ABV*

Boulevard Brewing Company Bourbon Barrel Quad 750ML
*Abbey-style Quadrupel 100% aged in Bourbon barrels with cherries added. The length of aging time ranged from eight months to two years using a combination of first-use and second-use oak bourbon barrels. The relative newness of the barrels resulted in a beer that is oak-forward with the warm, earthy qualities of the barrels, 11.8% ABV*

Stillwater Artisanal Débutante 12oz
*A rustic farmhouse Saison brewed with a combination of Spelt & Rye, accented with a blend of Heather, Honeysuckle, and Hyssop, 6.4% ABV*
