A twist on an American-style IPA, loaded with West Coast hops but fermented exclusively with a special strain of Brettanomyces claussenii that’s light on the funkiness, but really aromatic. The result is a very attenuated IPA, with a serious amount of West Coast hop flavor complimenting the tropical notes from the Brett, 7.5% ABV*
