**Bine & Vine Cellar Release for San Diego Beer Week**
Last day of SDBW, so we decided to do one more cellar release :)
Today's cellar release is Dogfish Head's Palo Santo Marron bottled back in December 1st, 2008...just about 5 years old and has turned into something special. This is the very first batch to land in San Diego. The beer itself has changed immensely compared to fresh; Fresh, you get brown sugar, toffee, vanilla and some slight fruity flavors. Aged, it's developed some rich Port wine flavors and dark fruits like plum, prune and dried cranberries. I came away very impressed, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
